Susan Snider

Susan is the main contact for journalists, scholars and others. She is the Acting Director of Religionsource and Associate Director of External Relations for the American Academy of Religion, where she's been on staff since 2001. Susan has ten years of experience in nonprofit administration, including three years at Scholars Press. She has a bachelor's degree in religion and philosophy from Wesleyan College.

 

Steve Herrick (on educational leave, August 2007 – May 2008)

Steve conceived Religionsource. He is Director of External Relations for the American Academy of Religion, where he's been on staff since 1994. He has a master's degree in political science from Clark Atlanta University and more than twenty years of experience in nonprofit administration, including ten years at Amnesty International where his work included developing publicity campaigns and serving as a spokesperson. Steve is currently pursuing a mid-career MPA degree at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, where he intends to concentrate on nonprofit management.
